[₪] Suiren (睡蓮, lit. 'sleeping lotus', 'water lily') is a c-rankednomadic ninja, previously hailing from Kirigakure and the older brother of Ryūmi. Unlike his sister, Suiren was encouraged to become a part of the shinobi much like his father who came before him. His sister was protected by his parents, since she was a girl and therefore should be cherished, rather than trained to protect herself. However, one day a shocking revelation from his sister tore Suiren's world apart, and though it may not seem like much to others, it ruined him. His cute, innocent little sister claimed that she wanted to be a shinobi, and requested that she take part in the academy. The very idea of Ryūmi one day putting herself in danger broke Suiren's heart, and he was the first in his family against the idea, and although her parents were strictly against the idea; claiming that becoming a ninja would fill her with pain and grief, she strove the become an excellent ninja, and surpass her older brother. When Suiren heard the news that Ryūmi killed all of her peers in order the pass the academy, Suiren was heartbroken, and fled the village, severing all bonds with his family. Having abandoned the village, Suiren traveled around the shinobi countries, doing whatever he could to forget about his sister and parents, although, no matter what he did, the truth ate away at him.

[₪] Primary Archetype: Sōtōryū no Jutsu (双頭竜の術, lit. 'art of the twin-headed dragon')
The Art of the Twin-Headed Dragon (双頭竜の術, Sōtōryū no Jutsu) is a form of sōjutsu that has been adapted into a more modernized form of the traditional Japanese martial art. The style relies in the use of the Japanese spear (槍, Yari): a popular weapon in the days waning the rise of the era of ninja, as the weapons were cheaper to produce and required less training than other contemporary battlefield weapons. As the art became popularized, many variations of the spear have been made to fit the users of the line of techniques. This specific style relies on a greater deal of precision, range and speed rather than raw power or brute strength, allowing its user to strike opponents from afar with more pinpoint-deadly effects rather than external, body crushing effects. There are some prerequisites to truly mastering the style: those with the Wind Release show the potential to master the style more easily, helping them to initiate its pinpoint attacks more easily: the other is simply mastering the use of sōjutsu as a whole, and then the line of techniques. One may master the style without the use of the release, substituting it with mere strength that allows them to utilize wind pressure. Regardless of the choice to master the line of techniques - those that master this style are incredibly deadly, one-man armies.
is one of the five basic elemental nature transformations. It is performed by making chakra as sharp and thin as possible. Wind Release is mainly short to mid-ranged offensive techniques that combine brute force and keen precision to deal cutting and slashing damage. A rarity among the five chakra natures, wind techniques are usually performed by generating air circulation and can be enhanced through this method as well. Wind-natured chakra can also be channelled into blades to increase their cutting power and overall range. The sole reason that Suiren decided to use Sōtōryū no Jutsu is his affinity with the Fūton element. Users of spears are said to have enhanced their techniques and fighting ability by using wind chakra to increase the length and sharpness of their spears, creating an even deadlier weapon.
As a result of his intense anger and hatred towards his own village for "corrupting his sister", Suiren unintetionally developed a more focused and terrifying version of the Killing Intent skill. Though he doesn't intend to, he is able to send fear into his opponents and cause them to yield before him, giving them terrible images of their imminent deaths. Hidden by his somewhat calm and nonchalant exterior, Suiren has a monstrous chakra within him, effected by his own pure murderous intent.
