I could see where LOOM would trip you up if you were significantly younger. I'd bet you dollars to donuts (because I know how much you *love* donuts...
) that if you played it now, you could tear right through it.I'll poke around to see if I can find my LOOM disks. I think they might be at my parent's house, unfortunately. If I spot them, I'll see if I can install and have it work on my machine. If I can, then I can probably give you the hookup for yours.

YAY FOR LOOM!! I can be transported back to my childhood and my corruption! WEEE! Thanks, yo! And hahaha, if I breeze through it, it'll be so funny. Cause that was like... the IMPOSSIBLE BUT SO PRETTY GAME to me when I was younger. It was like Mount Everest. O_O So if I beat it really easily then I'll be so disillusioned. Hehehehehehehehe~ (P.S. DONUTS = TEH SUCK) |

The thing with LOOM is that there were only like 20 or so very specific commands (half of which were just the same song played backwards, making it only like 10 real commands), so figuring out what you need to do in any given situation is pretty simple. Plus at some parts they give you in-game help by capitalizing certain keywords in dialogue text and stuff. heh... Where it got a little challenging was if you played in "hard mode" and they didn't have the on-screen note help when typing in commands. Had to actually memorize all the notes of the songs. And if you beat it in that mode, you get to see an "alternate version" of one of the cutscenes, which reveals what Bobbin looks like beneath the hood. oooOOOOoo.... |

IS HE HOT?!?!? Hahahahahaha~ wait. Dude, you set me up for that one. When I was little I was so intrigued by Bobbin cause you couldn't see him. I thought maybe he'd take the hood off and he would just be A PAIR OF EYES. O_O I'll play in easy mode first, cause I'm lame. XD Then if I own at that, I'll move on to OMG HARD MODE. BECUZ OMG I MSUT SEE TEH BOBBIN MAN, IT R MY DESTINEE. |

I've pratically played everything other than the atari stuff. In about 20 years this will all seem so sad..:( My favourite game is still Mario though...or Sonic...MARIO...no, Sonic! Gah! |

bump from beyond the grave ATTN metroid fans http://www.destructoid.com/warning-metroid...ion-76441.phtml remake of Metroid II: Return of Samus. This is something that i would pay top dollar for. It looks like the same formula from Zero Mission, but it's all new, and on SR388! <3 metroid |

I grew up on old PC games. :3 Monkey Island is AMAZING. I also loved Wolfenstein 3D. <3 OH WHO'S PLAYED HUGO?! OMG HUGO FTW. I hated whodunit. The gardener kept killing me. D: My fav oldschool game is probably Zelda: Link's Awakening on the old brickboy. I still have both and they work. :3 It took me 6 years to beat that motherfucker. D: I HATED BOTTLE GROTTO DHKGFFGDDGJDAFGDHDDHKGSAFHFSGHHHASFADADS. |

Ommmgggggg. Huuuggoooooo. Penelope is a dumb slut. :P I think it was in Hugo: Jungle of Doom where there were some boullion cubes you could get and it took me ten minutes to get them. XD I was all >take bullion cubes >THERE'S NOTHING TO TAKE! >take buollioun cubes >THERE'S NOTHING TO TAKE! This goes on and on for 10 minutes trying to take them and I finally get them until this giant spider goes OH LOOK A HUGO OM NOM NOM NOM. I hated that spider. |
