Unregistered	Leaning back in his chair, Tessick peered into his room to Alema, who seemed to be having some sort of bad dream. Now, Tessick didn't have the Force and all, but he could tell when someone was having a nightmare. He slid the chair back and stood up, not bothering to push it back in like he normally would have, and slipped into his quarters, watching Alema for a moment before waking her. Tessick padded over the cold floor to the side of the bunk and grabbed her shoulder with his right hand, shaking her a bit. "Alema," he hissed. "Wake up."

Unregistered	Alema's eyes snapped open, one hand reflexively darting under the pillow, searching for where her lightsaber would normally be hidden. She blinked her surroundings into focus, remembering where she was. Seeing Tessick leaning over her, she sat up slowly, trying to banish the lingering effects of both sleep and dream as she did. "Sorry." She murmured softly, wondering just how much noise she had made in order to get his attention.

Unregistered	"Are you alright?" Something nagged at Tessick to ask what she had been dreaming about, but he realized that would be a little bit rude -- something Kaidin would probably do. Tessick was rude sometimes, but not when it came to stuff like this. He stood over her, arms crossed over his chest.

Unregistered	"I will be in a moment." Alema replied, taking a shaky breath as she attempted to get herself back under control. "You'd think having memories of something wouldn't be nearly as bad as living through it." She added wryly, attempting to smile and not really succeeding.

Unregistered	He didn't know how to react to that. He felt that if he said everything was fine, or everything would be okay -- or something to that extent, it would be forced, a bit fake. Instead, Tessick reached out and squeezed her shoulder, dropping the subject of the dream. He didn't think she would want to talk about it. "I think we've almost reached our destination. You still look a bit shaky, you just relax, I'll go check with Kaidin."

Unregistered	"No!" Alema said, unable to stop the single word from bursting out of her mouth. The last thing she wanted right now was to be alone. Or maybe, a small part of her mind suggested, you just don't want him to leave. She felt herself flush, embarrassed by her outburst as she attempted to recover. "Sorry, I...I guess I'm just a little jumpy. Go ahead."

Unregistered	"It's understandable." He nodded at her comment about being jumpy -- Corellian Hells, the twi'lek had just been kidnapped. No matter how tough anyone was, that could shake you up a bit. "Don't worry," Tessick assured her. "I'll be right up front---" A pause as he felt the ship change the path of flight... they were headed down. "Actually, I think we're there." He forced a small grin and turned to leave the room, to help Kaidin land the ship.
