Jacen Solo was a Jedi. A defender of the Light Side in the truest sense of the word. He never faltered, rarely wavering from the path set before him. This is a place for people to talk about the good man he was, not the monter that destroyed him and stepped into his skin. If you're a Jacen-hater, hard to believe there is one on this site but you never know, please refrain yourself from posting here unless you have something nice to say. I do not wish to get into an argument with anyone over this. Though I will if anyone vexes me.

Jacen Solo had the potential to be the greatest of them all. Matching his Uncle in sheer power at an early age. He cared deeply for others, able to empathize with every one else's problems. Perhaps that was the reason he found it so hard to analyze his own feelings and realize just how much he cared for those close to him. Some may have called him soft, but empathy does not equal weakness. Some may have called him a spoiled brat, but caution and thoughtfulness do not equal snobbish qualities.

If you loved Jacen Solo, post your thoughts and opinions here. If you did not I suggest you leave this topic alone.
Any guesses as to who inspired this name? Huh? Anyone? *Grins*
I say they should have a Solo grin smiley out there, I can never find one. Scratch that I found one here. Heh, heh...

I love this thread and I have so much to post in it but I wouldn't even know where to begin. Caedus was enjoyable, methinks, but not as something Jacen turned into.

It makes me wish we had Jacen back. Cause the future books are looking really bleak without him. D:

I NEED TO COLLECT MY THOUGHTS FOR THIS THREAD IN A BETTER FASHION~ XD

I'm not a hater. I loved him as he was, not what he became. I was deeply, DEEPLY disappointed in what the writers did to him. How they assassinated his character.

He was a good, son, a good brother, a good friend... and a good father. Yet, we never got to see what more he could've become, other than a genocidal maniac who let power go to his head due to the lies he was fed by a woman who wanted to use him for her own ends...

I blame the people who were all waaaaah about "this dark and light side business is a load of baloney" happening to Jacen's point of view because of Traitor and the rest of the NJO D:

...and the Mandolorians.

I have a memorial thing planned for Jacen, but it'll take a bit of time before I'm ready.

I don't know how appropriate this would be, but I named my Lapsworg (wolf thing) Jacen :<

I always love Jacen, I love him more and more as I read about him.
as Caedus I can't decide if I like that. It's so sad what happens to him T__T...
It's good he is a part of the new books and the njo comic... I can't bear it if he's gone forever !!
