Did I miss 60b? Posts: 901 Group: Members Member #77 Joined: February 9, 2005	Sign me up! So far I'm really planning hard on a Mrs. Lovvitt, although which version I'm doing I don't know. Movie would get recognized more but then I'd look like a sell out.... I will also joing the Walkers if you want to parade it with more people. But that costume is way easy. I'm sure I'll have more as I come out of my stupor of sick (and spend countless hours bored at work). Oh I saw Jewel Staite from Firefly at the airport with her b/f? They had the same idea I had about getting a water. She looked mad/exhausted so I didn't stop her. But yeah....

We'll see how that works out. I have no idea about costumes. I really want tol do a Hogwarts student because I want to use the broom Nikki got me for Christmas. Other than that I have no idea.

Actually had a Ravenclaw ride the plane with me from Atlanta to Chicago. So yeah, Hogwarts student deff. in. I might try and get it done for Haloween to wear to the IU Auditorium movie night.

So I'm totally doing the Emma Frost (White Queen) one with Linh where she's the Black Queen (Jean Grey~) and we're in corsets :\| And then I want to do X-23 (HOW DO YOU MAKE ADAMANTIUM CLAWS, GUIIIISE?!), which is also a corset. and a skirt. She's skanky mmk. Mara Jade again~ because I liked prancing around in a catsuit going "PICHOU PICHOU" with my gun...and plus I mean, I get half my costume from Emily so it works! :P uhhhm. Mindee, one of the Stepford Cuckoos...I guess that's not so slutty. Except...school girl uniform lolol. Luna again. MORE SCHOOL GIRLS. and by again I mean "actually wear" :P And Yvette the Maid from Clue. omg I think I'm actually missing a costume. And I don't know...how many of these I can finish, haha. Luckily, half are done already XD OH. A Companion outfit from Firefly...but that would involve more corsets. wtf self. :\| (AMELIA-ALLANA FTW AMIRITE. BLACK HAIR AND SKULLSSSSS)

I would totally be up for doing one of the girls in their school uniform with you XD Ummm um um here are some things I'm considering/definitely doing!! - Junior Jedi Knights Tahiri! To go with the YJK group Will be super easy (orange jumpsuit, here I come! e_e) - A Tatooine!Sithy version of Tahiri, for the Sith Group XD - Susan Pevensie from Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian (chainmail battle outfit)...HERE'S TO HOPING I CAN GET THIS CRAZINESS DONE X_X - Anna-Marie/Rogue from recent X-Men (i.e. her green and white costume <3) - Rachel Summers, her green and yellow short skirt outfit <3 - one of the Stepford Cuckoos, school uniform (probably Celeste <3) - original twi'lek design - Shego from Kim Possible ...at this point, Shego, JJK!Tahiri, Rogue, and the twi'lek are the ones I'm focusing on...hopefully I'll be able to get some of the others done, too

As of this time there doesn't seem to be any pay scale. Like if you order NOW you get it cheaper than in a few months. There is still the general group discount of $5 for 10 or more. I don't really think it's worth all the organization for $5. This is a non-profit after all. But yeah, the next pay check in 2 weeks I'll be buying my membership. And what did I hear about the rooms in the Marriott already getting close to selling out? Do we need to sign up or did I miss that part already? is special

Hufflepuff student robes Some Star Wars group (probably the Sith group... now I need to find a character) * Eowyn from LotR shieldmaiden costume * Mrs. Lovett from Sweeny Todd (Broadway Revival Cast/Patti LuPone style because it's easy as hell) Holy crap. I'd better get to working on the Eowyn one. It's going to be a doozy but I'm going to try and make it really amazing. Unlike the half ass ones I always do.

Current Costume Plan - Professor Umbridge (repeat from last year, already done) - Princess Tutu (repeat from last year, already done) - Olsen (repeat from last year, already done. Assuming we do the Walkers again. Which I vote for. Because we're amazing.) - Sith!Lusa (have pretty much everything I will be using for this already by which I mean wig, cloak, top, pants, boots belt and lightsaber. So yeah.) - Saltrock!Seel (Wraeththu yo! I am digging on the Southwestern flair I can run with here. I have nothing yet for this costume.) So, yeah, I'm kinda, like, almost done? That's really random. The end!
