Spriter, level designer, coder, etc.

Those sprites and tiles are great, perhaps Aura or someone could use them in one of the Wily Citadel stages, and I think Gladia was looking for ideas to work on a fusion level with Cloud Man.

Edit: It should be kept in mind that when he walks the item he holds will go in front of him a bit [overlapping] I'm sure there is one other character that does this too...

Those are good Meta Knight sprites, Rockman. At first, I thought he didn't have any arms or hands! But I see the hand now for carrying.

Hmm . . . this might just be me, but I think that in the sprites in the middle, when he's turned more towards the screen, at least a little bit of his other hand should be visible. If he's supposed to be carrying the item with both hands, anyway.

I might have to move the hand on one of 'em because it does look a bit off on playback ..

As for the other hand. I might do that. but when I see the other holds I only see the hand in the foreground. I can easily put another hand back there for.. frame.. 5 I think.

I don't know if the hand animation would look good or bad in game. The objects the characters carry don't move and they are behind the character's sprite, like theomanzero said, I dunno if those would look weird either.

If everything fails maybe just using the first sprite in your animation, and only animate his feet would work.

Kirby has arms, after all. I think Meta Knight's deal is that his gloves are usually close enough to his sides that his arms just blend in to his body. If they pass in front of his mask, they should be visible.

Bearing that information in mind.. if that were the case. the first hold I did would work.
I'd have to re-work the carry.

I'm looking for the boss from Mega Man X2 [or 3] robot encased in water, that would slam into the ground etc...

Unless you mean Bubble Crab, but he was encased in a bubble. That had some water in it. And he didn't really slam into the ground.

The only boss like that I remember is Spark Mandrill's mid boss from MMX1, it was a red weird robot in water, the sprites are in sprites-inc.
