Hello, my fellow members, moderators, and developers alike. Here I am in my right to say welcome to my Work-In-Progress topic, for the ongoing development of Super Mario Fusion: Revival, as of Thursday, May 5th, 2011, at the time of 4:46 PM Pacific Central Time.

This place shall be my log of events for any of the following I have made for this well-established fangame:

World 1-14 (Doomship Assault)
Description: The quest to save Princess Toadstool is nearing to its destined end, but as expected, the road will not be so easy. Bowser's Fleet is on mass invasion of the Mushroom Kingdom! You must go stop the Captain of the Fleet himself: Larry Koopa!


Works-in-Progress

World 1-7 (Wild Blue Yonder) REVAMP
Description: As the journey continues, Mario and Luigi must embark all throughout the land to reach Castle of Koopa. An efficient means of travel is through The Sky. Jump from platform to platform as you traverse from mountain to clear blue skies!

World 1-F3 (Fortress of Traps) REHAUL
Description: As many conflicts between protagonist and antagonist are ended, there must be a hazardous path to do so. In the last Fortress of Bowser, you must avoid the wide array of attacks from the Koopa Troop as they try to stop you from reaching His Scaliness.


To Be Announced

World 2-1 (Yellowstone Mayhem)
Description: Our hero Mario is first plunged into action on planet Earth due to the reaction from the Orb of Time. He lands in none other than Yellowstone National Park, where a disturbance has occurred with the wildlife. With the park rangers unable to contain the savage beasts, as well as Mario's comrades missing, will he be able to brave this new situation like any true plumber would face?

World 2-3 (Clash on the Orinoco)
Description: With our heroes having met up, and with new allies Marco, Tarma, Fio, and Eri, they reach a rendezvous point in South America. However, the world is not at sheer peace, as at once, a war between the natives and the Rebel Army had broken out. Armed with the Metal Slug, and the powerful forces of our heroes, can they overcome this war and protect the citizens?

Yes. The Koopalings' fleets got splintered during the events of World 1, each getting sent to a different world. They are unaware that their daddy is helping the good guys once World 2 begins. When you defeat a Koopaling, you don't defeat them permanently, they convert to your side once daddy Bowser speaks to them in a cutscene. It is undecided if a Koopaling should give you special items or something after fighting them.

This does mean that each world has its own Doomship level. Ocean of Oblivion gets a Doomsub while Outer Nebula gets a Doom Spaceship.

Well, I have my first nice update to this topic. I've revamped and retooled SMF:R's World 1 Map. Here are some screenies:

Grass Land

Description: The start of Mario and Luigi's initial journey to rescue Princess Toadstool from the furious King Bowser! Levels here are average in difficulty, with the secret levels being pretty hard.

Koopahari Desert

Description: Thrown into the scorching heat after leaving from Grass Land, in Koopahari Desert try to keep your cool! Levels here start to pick up from the last Grass Land levels, as from here, things start to get harder.

The Sky

Description: Hey you! Get off of my cloud! No, really, here in The Sky, levels feature the main gimmicks of platforming, which are a lot of jumping and running. Levels here are a tad harder than Koopahari, but whatever you do, try not to fall!

Iced Land

Description: I'm cold. Well, I don't like it, but Mario and Luigi got to make it through! Levels here are platformer/puzzle based. Don't let the chill get to you, as it's a real frenzy out.

Dark Land/Castle of Koopa

Description: Kind of out of the ordinary is it? You get to this secret place through a tough ordeal in Grass Land. There's a Fortress here, and beating it gives you one heck of a skip through World 1. Is it worth all the trouble though?
