So we had a idea with our community weeks ago about adding a MASTER manager NPC. This NPC mainly makes buying master possible without having to depend on the top clan/users.

Main idea was to sell following items for ingame coins :

- Tail of Lesath
- Tail of Shaula
- Fang of bakirra
- kekuri ring
- HWOT
- Lupus pendant
- Lobo pendant
- Lycaon pendant
- opal
- crude sapphire
- crystal

.. This is still discussable if the idea is awful or good. Thought I had mind of 150-500m buy range for master items and materials for 350k-900k.

It was pointed out as idea earlier in MYKOR so I kinda re-bring it up-dated. Taking all ideas .

NOTE : The prices will of course be way above /merchant prices if we implent this NPC.

if u ask me i rly dont know, since we dont know what the prices will be on merchants, but i'd say 200m ea? for everything, and the crudges/opals/crystals 700k each? so u can still market them on merchant for 500k orso?

150-200m seems quite much for the items, especially with the server just starting out again. It'd be a pain in the a$$ getting that much money to start with, when there's no real way to make money to get yourself going. I npc'd Mirage's / Opals/Saphires/Crystals to get my money before, but there's no way I'd be able to make 200m for a Tail of Lesath, lol. All in all, it's a good idea. It'd be easier but still hard at the same time. However, the prices vary on the Market which no one can really estimate at this point.

maybe that master items be only farmable... not buyable... ?

If u put tail of lesath ( for example ) to cost at NPC for 200 mill ppl will sell it for 150 or 190 m depends... and that will be the max price kinda... and later u can buy all that pendants and make +1 +2 +3

dunno i say Master items should be only farmable...

basicly a NPC like that could controll the "supply and demand" of the master items, by looking at the market the NPc could be adjusted!
let's say, ppl sell tail of lesath for 150mil? the npc is then adjusted to tail of lesath for 120mil, that way the Admin could (in theory) control the market.

this is also daungerous, if you go to low, ppl could stock them to later resale.

and Cyanide has a point, later on the warrior master items will become +1/2/3 when ppl got money.

but again if we would make the NPC sort of a sundries?

I mean players can sell a 'specific' item for xx price and then it gonna be stored there? and new player can buy it for the NPC price xx what ever its set for.

Note that the NPC is designed to come on server later on when its older and alot people mastered , that old players can help clannies/friend by buying the items from NPC.

I like that idea. Where you can sell an item to an NPC for xx price and new players can buy it for that price. But how would that work? If the item is sold for the default price it normally is, and it is stored at that price. New players will be able to buy good items for low prices. Or, if the player is selling an item for a price manually, and it is stored for that price. New players will be over paying for an item, because it would be easy for someone to abuse it by selling the original item for an x amount of money just to benefit themselves. What if we sell an item for 500m and it's only a 150k item, you see what I mean? There'd have to be alot of thought and work put into that idea.

i dont know guys to me that sound kidna to risky... why ? as tanith said there are ppl who will always sell an item for high prices.. only to get rich. and again if u sell an item to NPC for lets say 5 coin only to help some1 to buy and then some1 else is faster and notice that item by luck and buy it u gonna get mad.. ( but that is not some kind of problem... )

i dont know i vote to not import that NPC that admin talking about.... and i am against Master NPC because, then Master NPC control the market and i dont like that... i want to be able to sell a lobo pendant even for 500 mill or trade it for chitins and shells dunno... i dont want that some npc control the market pff...

if you would've readed above you would know that the NPC will come after week or so the server been launched when the exact 'MASTER ITEM' prices are known to everyone. As people stated its hard to estimate it for now, but its just a thought for later on , but again I do understand you're point of view here.

i do not know if i fully understand this, but il give it a try, if im right it will be helpfull to simplefy it for others

You whant to create a NPC, that buy's master items from the people? the npc stocks this! and resales it himself?
(example: i sell tail of lesath to npc for 20mil, npc stocks it, he got 1 tail of lesath now, and he will sell that 1 for 35mil? if it's sold out, ppl got to w8 for some1 els to sell it to the npc or look around the market for a private sale?)

if this is what you mean! it could work! but! why would a person sell it for "XX"to the npc while he can sell it for "XXX" on the streets? + the unofficial clanbank rules of clandrops(only came across this consept in KO LOL xD) will be easy to screw with.

now if im WRONG PLEASE LET ME KNOW!
