I've got a workout, but I hear it's really good to have alternating workout plans. So does anyone have a pretty rigorous one they can throw my way?

Rigorous like P90X or like football training? I've been in the gym for years. Me and buddy are starting a new workout today. The way he explained it, you have 2 heavy days and 2 light days. It's a four day week workout schedule. It's what the football teams use. I've heard peeps say that they've never felt stronger. When I get all the details, I will come back here and post it. | ||

Hm. Sounds interesting. I'm out of shape. haha. Other than being at work, I don't get exercise anymore. See no need to when I don't do anything like MX anymore. But i DO need to. haha. Sarah does zumba. I ain't doin that. |

Yeah Cal, that is a good plan, that's what we did when I used to play football and wrestle. We had 2 days of heavy lifting and 2 days of running. With wrestling when we had to drop a few pounds quick, coach used to have us put on a hefty bag, cut out holes for head and arms and put our sweats over then do laps, it would make you sweat really good, was all the water weight. Drop 5 pounds easily. I don't work out much anymore and need to get back to a good regime like just walking/jogging a few miles each morning before it gets hot and do some situps and pushups later, then on the opposite days work out with the weights. Keep us informed if you find otehr good methods. | ||
