Purpose The Community Library forum is a place for aspiring authors to showcase their literary talent. Any works posted in this forum are open to constructive commentary and critique. OmniCom asks that all reviews, however, follow a specific format. This helps the original author of the piece better understand what their reviewer is critiquing and what they're praising. We understand that while most of this should be common sense from the start, keep in mind that everyone has something different to say. As such, reviews can often become confusing, usually bogged down by off-topic, unnecessary comments and rants. Etiquette Before clicking the submit button to post your review of someone else's work, be sure to thoroughly re-read it and weed out anything that may come across as personally offensive. While it's okay to point out flaws and offer advice on how to correct them, it's not advised that you do so in a manner that can potentially hurt the author's feelings. Being blunt and to the point is okay, so long as you do so necessarily. Reviews containing only one line or short, choppy sentences are not wanted and will be removed. If you're going to review someone else's contribution to the Community Library, be sure to offer your full, honest thoughts on the written work. Don't leave someone hanging with "I really liked it." or "That sucked." and nothing else. Such comments will earn you a warning. Harsh, but you shouldn't be writing anything here if you can't write to benefit the author. :x The Format Copy and paste the following BBCode into your review post. Replace the instructions with your own words (that should be easy).
