Head Admin, yo!
Name : Quick Quick Sand

Description :
A special kind of sand that is taken from quick sand pits in the Grand Line. When it is rubbed in someone's hands, it starts to create a strong inwards sucking. This sucking is hard enough to pull rocks.

Usage:
QQ Sand can be used to create a constant vacuum. It can be used;
-To help move things by pulling them
-To be placed onto the ground, and anything that touches that surface will be sucked into the ground. The vacuum is usually not strong enough to suck in a human, usually it only sinks their feet, unless they are there for an extended period of time or if they are very weak.

Cost:
Since this is a specially engineered weapon, it would cost AP. Someone decide cost plz, I don't want to influence cost decision with a suggestion since I'm the admin, and people will probably just go with what I say for the cost.

I would have to ask a few things first:

- How big/heavy are the rocks are it can pull in?
- How much of the QQS would you have to use to bring in something of that size?
- How much/the amount you have of QQS with the character do you have?
- How often you can use it?
- Finally, what weaknesses might it have?
