A smile was spread over her painted red lips as they exited hyperspace in the Alyria System, it had taken quite abit of digging to find the information on the system but it was well worth it. "My Marrick please do a system scan, everyone else please go and inform the colonist that they will need to offload the cargo soon so the ship can return to Nibiru and keep ferrying the supplies." It was all the needed before they were off to do their duties. She spent the time that it took for the scan to complete quietly meditating. A voyage of the mind. She stood in an empty white room looking forward her eyes focused intently on what was infront of her...herself, dressed in black with a sinister smirk on her face and her hair pulled up tightly. "You will not win...you are me. Simply a part of my being. I accept you." The dark Kyera laughed darkly and shook her head before grabbing her by the throat and squeezing tightly making Kyera grab her wrist. "You are such a fool. I am not just a part of your being you little tramp. I am the truth. You really do believe you love these pathetic crew members you have don't you? When it comes down to it, your beloved Marrick will be the first one that you will kill, and you will enjoy it." With a sudden strength Kyera pushed the dark copy of herself back and slapped her causing large cuts on the other womans face from her nails. "I will die before I hurt them you evil bitch." Dark Kyera laughed abit as her blood stained the solid white floor. "If I am evil...what does that make you?" She gasped as she leaned forward and opened her eyes, she shook her head and looked to Marrick who was already by her side. "Sister are you alright?" "I am fine Marrick, please tell me the results of the scan." She said with a smile towards him. "As reported, twenty six worlds, eleven habitable. We detect life signs on two of the worlds." She smiled abit and nodded. "Please scan the worlds not inhabited for natural resources, We need to know the best world to establish this colony." "Yes Sister." Did I's What did my scans of the 9 uninhabited worlds show? Any resources? Edited by Kyera N'dari, Mar 12 2011, 05:37 AM.

Your scans show that all nine planets are suitable for colonization, though one, the third from the sun seems to have the most fertile landscape and vast resources. A scan of the third planet shows vast plant and animal life. It also shows rich fertile land and large veins of an unknown mineral. |

She listened as Marrick read off the details of the latest scan, the third world from the star how iconic. Smiling brightly and nodded closing her eyes. "Thank you goddest, your gifts bless us. Marrick, set us down in the largest open area. We do not need the resources of this world to establish the colony. We can construct further after the initial building is completed." With a not the man went to work, the ship pulled from orbit and began to shake violently as it pushed through the atmosphere as a ball of flames roaring through the sky. Then in an instant the flames pushed away from the ship and the Phoenix passed through the clouds. "Look at them Marrick..the clouds. Do not see them as something to analyze. See their beauty." While Marrick admired her words her mind faded again. "Imagine them filled with the flames of their goddess. When you accept me that is what you will become." She shook her head and pushed forward a faked smile before she stood letting her silk dress move lightly over the corset she wore, she was happy of what was happing, but her condition was worsening, the darkness was slowly coming out. Breathing deeply she braced herself as the ship moved to a massive prarie and landed in the center of the flat lands, nearly a hundred square miles with a large clear river running through it from the mountains in the distance. It was beautiful, then the sound of the ship depressurizing and opening came...a large gust of fresh cool air poured through the vessel making everyone breath in deeply the smells of the new world. She let them mull it over for a moment before she left the bridge speaking loudly as she walked, though she was kind she was also assertive, she was good at commanding those below her and would not let her kindness get in the way of her duties. "Everyone offload the supplies as quickly as possible! All Marines are to offload with the twenty colonist and help them set up the camp while we wait for further transportation! Am I understood?" This sudden change in her attitude had her people by suprise, but it also motivated them to move quickly, she moved down to the off-ramp and watched as the Sharan soldiers under her command moved the immensely heavy equipment so easily. They were powerful people and she respected that in them. When the offloading was complete she smiled and pressed the communications device in her hand. "Marrick please return to Nibiru and continue picking up the colonist and supplies." She finally smiled again as the fourty men and women that were on the planet began setting up the field tents that would be used as shelter until they finished the colony. She moved silently to a lone spot and placed a metal plate on the ground then put some powdered incense in it before lighting it with a match. She would meditate until the ship returned. |

Ali'Zarin slowly sat up from the bed in his room as he stood and stretched. It had been a long few days as he rubbed the back of his neck before standing in front of the sink. His hand pushing the faucet fixture back before the water poured out into the open basin. His hand sliding into it before throwing the cold liquid onto his face and over his shoulders. One thing was for sure, if space was so cold, why was his room so damn hot. He shook his head, along with his thoughts, as he pulled on his shirt before stepping out of his room. His boot steps heavy, echoing thuds through out the hall as he walked to the bridge. Every now and again a crew member would walk with him with a clipboard and some kind of a report to sign as he would look over it with a glance. Each time signing off on what ever it was before he made it to the bridge. Their ship was passing through an already explored system, just a quick cut through to reach their destination. Half way through the sensors began to go off as the bridge crew picked up a hyperspace window. The ship leaving the system before they picked up life signs on the third world from the sun. A simple hand gesture was all it took before the ship was heading towards the planet. Ali'Zarin leaned back in his seat as the ship entered orbit before dipping down. Slowly entering into the atmosphere as it was engulfed in flames. It cut through the upper layers of the atmosphere before sliding through the clouds, the fire breaking as the ship continued its descent onto the world. The sensors once more picking up a source of heat before they went silent. The pilot knew which route to follow as a report was put in front of him. The location of the heat signatures not too far from where they had just entered the atmosphere. The Phoenix ship moving closer before the people were spotted as it circled the area before slowly landing a ways from the group of people. Ali'Zarin stood as he motioned to the crew, the ships engines slowly coming down to a dull humming as he walked towards the boarding ramp. His foot steps heavy once more as the thud of boot on metal echoed through the ship, continuing with each step down the ramp before he reached the grass. His marines moved to the sides as they stood ready, their eyes on the others before recognizing them as RoS marines as well. Ali'Zarin nodded to one of the marines before speaking up. "I am Commander Ali'Zarin, who is in charge here." |

Nibiru Event! Kyera N'dari Due to your characters constant meditation and combat with your inner self you have been pulled into a confrontation. As you meditate the wind around you picks up and the clouds begin to turn dark. You must post atleast a 200 word internal battle with your darker self. Once this is completed you will have evolved to 81% mental capacity. The internal battle may become external such as the darker taking control of Kyera or similar situations at will. This message gives you approval to use 81% abilities after the 200 word internal battle is posted. |

She stood again in that room of solid white with nothing but herself clothed in black standing infront of her, this meeting had become common place, each time she tried to convince the darkness within her that blood was not the path. But each time the darkness simply laughed. "I will not let you control my actions, when will you understand it. You are in my mind, and in my mind you will stay. No matter how hard you try you cannot defeat me, I was here first." The darkness laughed at her in that sinister way as she walked around her much kinder self. "You really think so? How about we take a ride shall we?" With that the darkness moved forward and knee'd Kyera in the stomach making her fall to her knee's before she punched her in the face making the woman collapse in pain, it felt as if lightning at struck her. Each muscle in her body felt shocked, she looked up at the darker version of herself and gazed in fear. "Your actions are my actions, when will you understand this? Your are at the next step my dear, the more powerful you become. The more powerful I become. I won't have control long...but thats ok, your poisoned now we will be one soon. Enjoy the show, your new powers will be fun." The Marine looked at Ali'zarin curiously. "Sister Kyera N'dari. Messiah of the Goddess sect. Personally I really don't believe in this stuff, but everyone around here is so in love with that woman that she could probably get them all to sacrifice themselves for her. Either way she's meditating but I'll send one of her people to get her." He then radio's further in the camp before smiling and going back to his duties. She snapped her eyes open and breathed deeply before a smirk came to her lips...control. The darkness in the clouds had faded and the wind now sat still. Blinking a few times she stood up and stumbled abit. "Sister are you ok? There is the commander of another Phoenix asking for the leader." She looked at him cutting her gaze like blades. In an instant he went silent as she walked past towards the location of the marine and the commander. When she arrived she looked to the marine and smiled brightly. "If you do not believe...then this will not hurt." She rose her hand and waved lightly before the man was suddenly thrown back several meters as if he had been picked up and tossed. She then looked to the commander and frowned. "Commander Ali'Zarin Deamora. My ship is currently away. What can I do for you?" Edited by Kyera N'dari, Mar 16 2011, 03:10 AM.

He didnt even have to give the command, with in seconds two of his own men were rushing over to the Marine to check on him. Both of them removing the upper portion of the composite armor to find already developed black and blue bruises across his chest. Ali'Zarin looked over to his own two men as they kept working. "Status" One of the two Marines looked up as the other continued to do their job. "Looks like a few bruises and a dislocated shoulder." Ali'Zarin raised an eyebrow. All that just from a single toss backwards, he was right though, Nibiruians were dangerous when talked to wrong. Then again he himself wasnt too religious but he wouldnt just blurt it out like the Marine had. Of course hind sight also helped considering the last time Ali'Zarin ran into a Nibiru when he was a child, it hadnt ended all that well. He then looked back to the young woman, the question still in his mind, an answer following close behind. "My ship picked up life signs. If your ship is just currently away then it looks like there wont be a need for a rescue mission then." His two marines helped the other up and onto his ship as they took him to the science lab. It wasnt a medical bay, but he was sure the scientist had something in there that could at least lessen the pain from being thrown. Ali'Zarin looked around the area his ship had landed in as he took a few steps to the right before taking a few to the left. It was a ritual of his own, getting a feeling for the land, as well as the lower gravity as he felt free. It was difficult to explain to most non-Sharans, they never really did understand what it meant when Ali'Zarin would say he felt free on a world. Of course those Sharans with him usually did as he looked to the couple of marines still standing outside and near the ramp. "You feel it too dont you. That feeling of being free." The two marines nodded as they rolled their shoulders and had become comfortable as they stood guard. Ali'Zarin turned his attention back to the young woman, his hand coming up as he took hers and gave the back of her hand a kiss. A gentleman's greeting as he watched her. "You of course already know my name is Ali'Zarin, may I ask yours?" |

The dark one listened to him her mind flooded with laughter as the lighter side of her struggled for control. It was horrible, watching herself cause that much pain to a man she cared for. When he grabbed her hand and kissed it then requested her name. A smirk spread over her lips as she looked at him curiously her voice whispering softly in his mind. "I am what this one calls the Darkness. Her name is Kyera, your goal is the greater good for humanity...she can give you that, eventually." With that Kyera breathed in deeply and her eyes dialated before the look on her face changed to sadness. "Oh my goddess...please help him...what have I done..." She pulled her hand away from him and turned causing of the crates flip from its pallet onto the ground making it smash open as the voices of all of her people echoed in her mind literally because of her hearing and figuratively because of their thoughts. To be perfectly honest she looked very sick, she stumbled over being caught by another one of the marines. It took her a few hours to wake up, she slept loudly calling out in curses and unable to stay still her body sweating as if it was fighting off an infection. When she finally awoke she opened her eyes blinking a few times she looked to the Antarian Marrick who had arrived back in the ship with the next reign of supplies and colonists, but refused to leave afterwords. She smiles at him then frowned again. "Gregory?" The antarian smiled abit and nodded. "He's fine, Sister. He does not blame you, the start of your abilities is a very stressful time for your race. She nodded and smiled before slowly standing. "I can...hear...that the commander is still here. Tell them that I will be with him in a moment. Also make the next trip, don't concern yourself with me. Mother can handle herself." With that she moved to her field tent and pulled the silk dress off aswell as the corset and pulled on a dress covered in bright gold colors with the arms made of clear mesh material covered in gold designs. She wiped the lipstick from her lips and brushed her hair until it was mostly straight. Smiling she slipped on the golden slips for shoes and stepped out of her tent walking to meet Ali'Zarin. When she finally found him she bowed and smiled. "I apologize for my conduct...my abilities are still young so they can cause...issues. Thank you for your help. Is there anything I can do for you Commander?" |

Ali'Zarin was sitting on the boarding ramp of his ship, speaking with a couple of his men, the rest of his crew having gotten off to stretch and rest while they waited. It was a few hours before a man approached to let them know that Kyera was awake and okay. He nodded to the man before he went back to speaking with his marines, a bottle in his hand as he took a drink before he heard her voice. He set it down next to one of his men before he stood up. "I understand, it's not as easy as the other races. Although I know of a Sharan who ran himself clear into a wall as a child when he was on a world with low gravity. Little guy couldnt stop himself in time, well he tried, I think the rubber of his boots melted though before he left an imprint on the side of the building. I digress though. It is nice to see you up and around after what happened." He had of course remembered the words spoken by the other young woman, the other Kyera. The one that was said to be called the darkness. Of course he didnt want to bring it up in front of the others, it was a conversation for a more private setting. "I'd like to speak to you in private, unless that is something that can not be agreed upon. Though the subject of which I believe you'd wish to keep private." He bowed his head as the two marines that had been sitting with him stood up and walked off to find more of the crew. All of whom had taken a walk to one side of the open field or the other as Ali'Zarin looked to Kyera. "We may speak where ever you'd feel the most comfortable, and willing to speak." Ali'Zarin gave a smile as he was trying to make it look as if the questions he was going to ask, were nothing more than just small pleasantries and nothing more than that. |

She smiled at him and nodded as he spoke, she was grateful for his assistance though when he asked for her to speak to him in private she nodded and looked to her guards. "I will be fine, go help the colonists...the Goddess is with me..." They quickly bowed to her...not saluted like most RoS personnel but actually bowed as if they revered her not just respected. They then turned and moved back to the colony as Kyera smiled and started walking off through the grassy plain expecting him to follow, nothing was more private that a planet completely devoid of life. "I remember what I did Commander and I apologize for my actions. I also know what the dark one told you. I am not common to making threats, but do not tell me people what I hide. Do not think of that as a request." She turned to him with a look in her eyes, the poison of her other half was beginning to show. Many times had she been on the Republic news, many times had she spoken to the people on live broadcasts, but everytime she seemed to be the most peaceful person on her planet...though now, she held a dark smirk and a cold dullness in her eyes that showed she was not joking in her words. She closed her eyes abit and breathed in deeply taking in the smells of the new world that peaceful look of her returning to her face. Looking up to him she stretched abit as the Phoenix Class ship launched to ferry more supplies. "Please speak your peice Commander, it's going to take alot of work to establish this colony with our limited supplies. So I cannot sit around chatting. With my abilities I may be able to speed up the construction." She smiled and opened her palm towards the ground making a small rock fly into her hand, it was amazing to her, as if science had not explained it even though it had. |
