Hello, Recently I let myself go and currently weigh 224 pounds. I was training to be a firefighter and still training. I am looking for a workout program to help me tighten up my muscles and help continue to loose fat. I currently train 6 days a week with an active rest day. Recently changed my eating habits which has helped me the work out plan someone made for isn't the best. Which is on the forums as "Someone created my program, can you crituqe it?" I do cardio and weight training, I've trained for a while but never had a program to follow only what a coach gave me. Taking suggestions. YES i know about diet which has changed. Please do not suggest body weight work outs. Currently: 224 lbs, Female, 25 years old. Goal Weight: 180 lbs with 15% body fat. For More You Can Check:- Animated Technology Video |
