This may very well have been sugested already, but I figure it's worth a shot. In the original games, there are numerous Pokemon such as Scyther and Magneton who gained later evolutions. This means that, in essence, their evolutionary lines are incomplete in this game. I know that this game is only supposed to showcase the Gen 1 pokemon, but there's still a feeling of incompletion. So here's my sugestion: Create either a challenge similar to the Shiny Voltorb quest or a set of items similar to the elemental stones to evolve these pokemon farther. Perhaps the best way to do this in both cases is to have unique items available rarely via the daily code, each one capable of unlocking a quest to evolve one of these special Pokemon, similar to the Azure Flute in Gen 4. This would open up a whole new dimension of super-rare/hard to obtain pokemon, make the daily codes even more desirable, and, due to the likely rareness of these Pokemon, give people more interesting choices when actually making a SnD coin purchase. I know we'd all love a Scizor or Magnezone! Examples include: Getting a special magnetic item that reveals a way to a special magnetic cave when a Magneton is in the party in a specific map. In this cave could be some requirement that, once met, allows you to put your Magneton in an endless wave of Pokemon untill it Levels, which will evolve it to Magnezone, thus locking the stage till you get another item from the daily codes. Getting a special item (metal coat) that you give directly to a Scyther (no effect) that would make a trainer appear at the end of the Safari Zone (which we know will come some day), offering some worthless pokemon for your Scyther. The trade is made, but the trainer gets mad when the Scyther evolves and demands his original pokemon back, thus giving you a Scizor. If they're made rare enough, this could be yet another very special bonus that people would strive for! My only word of advice; make it so the player has a choice if they get whatever item would evolve Eevee. Edited by ex12345, Aug 29 2011, 05:53 AM.

As of now there are no plans for Pre-evolutions and evolutions from other gens to be added into PTD. Next time before you suggest something (for PTD) make sure to take a look at the following topic: http://s4.zetaboards.com/poketd/topic/8824423/1/ Topic locked.
