This is a rough guide to the Celadon Gym level on Pokémon Tower Defense. For the Rainbow Badge.

Now, note that it's a pattern you must get used to. They go:

Top left, Bottom left, Bottom right, Top right.

The first few waves are a couple of Pokémon like oddish, bellsprout gloom etc. You can take care of these easily with a powerful fire type like Charizard. Once you complete a wave, remove you pokemon IMMEDIATELY.

DO NOT, I repeat, do not try to attack Celebi. Just remove everyone, like you do in the Pewter Gym for Onix's attack.

Now, after the waves, you will fight (in the same pattern), exeggcute, bulbasaurs, ivysaurs and venusaurs.

I used Alakazam as a main attacker here, with Calm Mind+Psychic combo. I also used Helping hand to boost additional power, and a powerful fire type like Charizard.

Pay close attention to the pattern. Remember celebi comes out after each wave (though only comes out after 4 bulbs/ivysaurs/venusaurs), not 1.

You can power your pokemon up in another area if you can fight one area easily. For example, helping hand + calm mind at the top right when you're fighting at the bottom left and expect a celebi.

Ninetails and Arcanine are for roar / addition fire support.

Good luck!

currently happen to already try this with one difference: I tried to stupidly attack Celebi with a bunch of Golbat with Arcanine/Helping Hander as support. The point where I lose is where Execute is killing Golbats too quick...
