Time: 12:00 PM ~ 2:00 PM
Location: Park near Tai's House (I don't remember the name).
Gears: Sporty at least or even your futsal gears.

TRAINING - Depending on how many people we have.

TWO(2) VS THREE(3): 2 Offenders vs 2 Defenders + 1 Goalie.
Targeted Group: Offense
Aim: Improving passes, synchronisation, reaction timing, communication, and kick accuracy.
What to do? (Offenders) Familiarising yourself with your partner, and practice weaving through the two defenders (via passes/dribbles) and inevitably score against the goalie or even try for a shot on goal.
What to do? (Defenders) Steal the ball or clear it.
-- As soon as the ball is cleared, attempt is considered fail and the two offenders will need to restart. (Play will not resume from there).

TWO(2) VS TWO(2): 2 Offenders vs 1 Defender + 1 Goalie.
Targeted Group: Defense
Aim: Improving reaction time, predictability, communication, ball stealing and pass cutting.
What to do? (Offenders) Work with your partner to take a shot at goal. You may only shoot when you are close enough to the "designated" marker that will be assigned during the training.
What to do? (Defender) Steal the ball or cut the pass and clear it. (Exercise is for defender, the goalie is just there to guard the goal and simply for "extra" practice)
-- When the offenders manage to reach the designated zone to shoot, and manage to fire off a shot at goal (regardless whether it is a miss or not, preferably want them to try and score), the defender loses.

If you know any other drills feel free to tell me about it, these exercises should teach you the importance of each "situation" and also familiarise yourself with your own plays and what you can do to improve it, and make it better. At this stage it's just me and Tai training so I have yet to put things to practice, I'm hoping to get some more people so I can actually organize "team" practice matches, and have some fun whilst gaining the experience working as a team.

Of course basic warm-up drills like passing to each other should also be done. The second drill does seem to "say" it's the end of the world if you let them shoot so you should give up, but no you should not have that attitude, if you're tired drag out that extra will power to keep moving, just tell yourself "I will stop their advance" and keep the pressure up.
