So the big two in the Lib Dem leadership challenge are Tim Fallon and Norman Lamb. Lamb makes Fallon look interesting, and Fallon make Nick Clegg look positively invincible, which, of course, we all know he isn't. If this is the best the Lib Dems can come up with as potential leaders I can see them plummeting even lower than they are already. |

Lib Dems lost all their best candidates as they lost their seats in the GE. Labour just don't have any good candidates. If Burnham is the best they have they'll be struggling. |

Agree about the Lib Dems, they seem like a lost cause at the moment, but not so sure about Burnham for Labour. He seems to have the common touch and could well connect with the people, something that Miliband could never do. Only time will tell I suppose. |

I don't agree about the Lib Dems losing all their best potential leaders. For a while now Tim Farron has been the next likely leader and the General Election didn't change that. He will certainly look to bring back those voters who were unhappy they went into coalition with the Tories. I for one will now seriously consider voting LibDem if Farron gets the gig. |

Well Tim Farron will have to sharpen up his act from what I've seen of him. He comes across about as exciting as a wet lettuce leaf. |

Cameron is hardly exciting Keith. Tim Farron is no nonsense. He won't take any crap and will do a good job rebuilding the party after the completely hopeless Clegg left them all but destroyed. Give him a chance!!! |

Won't make much difference to me Mike, If the Lib Dems were the best party on offer to vote for, I wouldn't even bother voting. Nick Clegg was, potentially, the best leader they'd had for very many years. Rubbish as he turned out to be, I can''t see Fallon (should he get the job) holding a candle to Clegg. |
