Following a drab and dismal showing away at Milton Keynes, the Royals return to Madejski Stadium to host Huddersfield Town in a replay of their earlier FA Cup tie. Huddersfield is coming off a home draw against Fulham, so neither club is exactly burning up the Championship table and both are looking for a successful Cup performance to lift their spirits. While a win will not advance either club's Championship campaign directly, a win could provide encouragement for both the team and their fans, while a loss would add another layer of drab onto seasons that currently lack a lot of sunshine. McDermott needs to find a spark somewhere to ignite a Royals side that seems very flat - a Cup success Tuesday evening could help quite a lot. How do you think this replay will go?Points System 10 points - correct result e.g. you predict Reading 3-1 Huddersfield and the result is Reading 3-1 Huddersfield (includes an exact draw prediction; draw result & correct score); 7 points - correct outcome with correct goal difference e.g. you predict Reading 3-0 Huddersfield and the result is Reading 14-1 Huddersfield (this result includes a draw with the wrong score e.g. you predict a 1-1 draw and the result is 0-0); 5 points - correct outcome with incorrect goal difference e.g. you predict Reading 2-0 Huddersfield and the result is Reading 27-1 Huddersfield; 1 point - if you get the prediction completely wrong, you still get one point for taking part! Bonus Points You get bonus points for three things: 5 points - correct half-time score 2 points - correct goalscorers, for each goalscorer predicted that does indeed score (NOTE: this season you get points for correctly predicting the goalscorers of only Reading FC. You only get the points if Reading score the same amount of goals as you predicted or more. This prevents prediction of ridiculous scorelines for more points.) 5 points - correctly predicting the 'bonus question' within the specified tolerance. If one person comes closest to the actual value, that person will receive 7 points, but if two or more are both equally close, only the 5 points will be awarded. Please put the score in this format: Reading 3-1 Huddersfield (HT: 2-0) [Home x-y Away format] Williams Cooper Vydra ...followed by your answer to the 'bonus question'... How much time will expire before a Reading player's first card (yellow or red) against Huddersfield, according to the BBC stats? Credit will be given for a prediction within five minutes of the posted BBC time. If you believe Reading FC will not receive a card against Huddersfield, make your prediction 'None'. Best of luck to you and the Royals in their FA Cup campaign! Edited by Owlish52, 17 Jan 2016, 04:12 PM.
