Returning countries: Armenia
Withdrawing countries: Bosnia, Portugal, Slovakia, Turkey
Portugal we could rely on for a point or two,the other never give us hardly anything

I'm a 90's lad so my favourite was Love City Groove. I think it finished in the top 10 in 1995. I had on 7" Vynal. Showing my age now! B-)

Mike's right about the pollitical angle though. All the Baltic countries vote for each other first, same with the Scandinavians and the French always give us "Nil poi!" The best thing about the whole show is/was our host. Terry Wogan used to rip the p*** out of the whole show and Graham Norton's getting better at it too! :D

I'm afraid, for me, the Eurovision Song Contest is right up there with Red Nose Day for programmes to avoid at all costs.
