Looks like Southampton have thrown it away again. Southampton's defence is poor, and their centre-back has scored yet another own goal.

Agreed, they have some good players but Lambert was key last year. I get the feeling that the bottom two are already in place in QPR and Norwich, the last dreaded place in the bottom three could go down to the wire, expect us, Wigan, Saints and Villa to be in an almighty battle to escape. It is an intriguing scenario and it is one I unfortunately for us can see becoming a reality. Four teams, 1 relegation spot, who knows what'll happen.
Wigan v Aston Villa on the final day of the season. Southampton v Stoke and West Ham v us. If we're in a scenario that one of four can go down, then I'd put my money on the losers of the Wigan-Villa game.

The final day in 2010/11 with Blackpool ending up on the losing side was the most incredible relegation battle. So many changes in the table that day, that final day could be massive. Huge games. Stoke and West Ham should be safe, but Wigan vs Aston Villa, what a game to have on the last day.

It'll end up reminding me of that Sheff Utd-Wigan game a few years back.

For anyone who wants to watch it - it was one hell of a game:
