With no games on at the weekend this fixture is on Monday evening.A chance to see our friends from the three sided ground humiliated on telly :D I once thought Wilder would make a good future Reading manager but his reputation is waning of late.I read The Yellow Forum and the Oxo fans can't wait to get rid of him.

I follow League One to some degree, but never League Two! Should learn more about the sides in the lower reaches of the football pyramid, we were down there once upon a time!
Nothing like watching Reading v Workington on a wet Wednesday :D

Not a bad start by Oxford but Port Vale coming back in it.By the way, that pitch is massive ,saw Reading win the league there back in the seventies.

Pope has scored now!

Any game would be better than the Preston game, but I thought the Shrews game was great to.

I was expecting Oxford to win, but Port Vale have looked the better side.

It's very noticeable the quality difference between league 2 and the higher leagues, it is almost like watching Sunday league football at times!

Oxford are 16th, Vale are 2nd, Oxford have lost their last 4 away games, I'd say Vale have been the much better side throughout the season.

Yes but although Im not a great football fan I love watching this type of game. Both teams wading in and Pope is a good striker and Constable a trier, gets very worked up when tackled :D .Oxford goalie don't look too bad, have to be with that lot in front of him.
