While St. Petersburg has the honor of being Russia's capital, Moscow is still one of the largest cultural centers in Russia. It exists as the largest city in Russia and is a place that has captured the hearts of many a revolutionary.

UKRAINE
While the Ukraine is home to some of the most beautiful land in the Russian Empire, outside of Russia, Ukraine is also home to the largest number of Revolutionaries. The socialist menace is so severe here that bans have had to be placed on the Ukrainian language. But even with that said, it still continues to be a lovely tourist area to the Aristocracy.
