There was one question that Ben answered that didn't make it through the editing but I thought some of you might be interested so here's that bit of the transcript...

-Are you still planning on getting a band together?

Ben - (laughs) "I started taking lessons again but this time I'm taking jazz lessons which is just great. I found a really great teacher so it's not in the works. Developing my playing is definitely in the works but for a band you kind of have to be stationary. You kind of have to be in one place for an extended period of time in order to put something together that's stable. Having said that, there are some very close friends of ours that are going to be living closer to us and the husband is a drummer so he and I will be jamming more. What I think I'm going to do is just keep playing and maybe do some…drop in on some jam sessions and some open nights and things like that. Just to dip my toes in. Ultimately I hope to do that but right now I really haven't had the time to do anything but keep practicing."

That's it. I'm glad so many of you enjoyed the interview. I'll be sure you ask you all for your questions if I get to do more Rookie Blue interviews.

Thanks again.

Oh, thanks so much for sharing that!!! Love to hear about his musical hobbies. Too bad actually getting a band together sounds like it's a logistical no go though. I was really hoping to be able to see him play at some hole in the wall around LA.

Thank you for asking that question and sharing it with us! I also love when he talks about his music, as I love music myself. Fingers crossed that one day we'll get to hear him play/sing something :)

Thanks, that was awesome. I love that he's so into music.

I used to be in a band as well for a while (I was the singer) and it can be really hard sometimes. Especially when you're not constantly in the same place. We broke up in the end because some of the band members were only thinking about the money (I could care less). We did however had 4 hours shows which were so incredibly fun but also exhausting. But it is fun, being out on a stage :D
