Ive never seen this screen, but it happens every night, hopefully one of you know something about it because Im lost on what it could be...it happened again last night. It doesnt bother me any, but its something that Id like to fix if I can. ![]() From what I understand NVidia drivers return a BCCode 116....but the driver is up to date(8.712, which is the most current according to Windows)...and even if it wasnt, why can I play graphic intensive games like L4D2 on max settings with no issues at all, and then the card fails 2-3 hours after I shut L4D2 down? Is this what happened to you last night? Did it happen after you went idle or did the event occur causing you to go idle then eventually leave the game? |

Steam crashed, which doesnt happen very often, but regardless on whether anything crashes I still get this bluescreen in the middle of the night. I leave my computer on all night, so at some point I get a bluescreen with the computer at idle...it doesnt make any sense because the computer is in the middle of sleep mode when it crashes, and nothing activates sleep mode to turn off...there should be no graphic processes running, but something triggers the graphics card during sleep mode and trigger the bluescreen. I turned off sleep mode yesterday thinking that was triggering the bluescreen, but even with the computer idle all night I still got it. Edited by Mav, Jun 9 2010, 01:39 PM.
