1. Shooting Star Headbutt - Remember that Lesnar vs. Angle match from some WWE PPV (was it WrestleMania)? The one where he attempted the shooting star press but fucked it up and landed on his head instead? I think that has to be at the top of anybody's list. 2. Back Body Drop - The infamous Chris Benoit spot where Sabu landed very badly on his head and broke his neck. 3. Jacknife Powerbomb - The Jacknife was a pretty ugly powerbomb to begin with, but can you remember when Kevin Nash botched the one on The Giant aka Big Show? Nasty. 4. Single Arm DDT - I believe it's the move that Gary Wolfe (Pitbull 2?) broke his neck from at the hands of Shane Douglas, by taking the move on his head as opposed to his shoulder. 5. Head Spike Reverse Hurricanrana - It's not that uncommon for indy wrestlers to botch even the most basic hurricanrana. But there are some who have tried the reverse kind, failed to get full rotation, and ended up spiking somebody on the back of their head. My own Sonya Benedict used to use this one as one of her signature moves. |

When it comes to botched moves, you can't beat the original DDT! I don't really recall many botched moves making it into 'proper' moves in fedding, beyond those such as the ganso bomb and tiger driver 91 which already made it into real-world canon. One of my characters has something which I suppose would probably count as a botched Canadian Destroyer, but it was really an attempt to make the Canadian Destroyer look halfway plausible. I might have to give someone the ganso styles clash, that is horrific, lol. I've seen the one he did to Sterling James Keenan which went wrong, but that wasn't as scary as the one in that video.
