Acid Rain

Effect: Changes the weather to acidic rain for 5 turns. All non [image] , [image] , and [image] types take 1/16th damage while [image] and [image] take 1/8 damage per turn unless an immune type. Inflicted poison status becomes badly poisoned when a pokemon gets poisoned or a badly poisoned foe switches in. Removes [image] 's [image] type immunity and makes it a 2x weakness. Solar beam deals half damage. [image] moves become [image] type damage right down to STAB and effectiveness.

Let's see where to start

Changes the weather: This should be obvious, it removes any previous weather and turns it to acid rain. Simple!

Ticking Damage: 1/8 if [image] or [image] and 1/16 for all others, this is not cumulative, so Empoleon still takes 1/8, but if an immune type ([image] , [image] , or [image] ) then no weather damage is taken. So Scizor and Ludicolo would be immune to the damage tick.

[image] SE vs [image] : This is fairly obvious, it changes [image] immunity to a weakness.

Poison status turns to toxic. This one is confusing. Say I hit with Sludge Bomb and poisoned something regularly, it switches out. I start Acid rain and it switches back in, it is now badly poisoned because of the rain and will last as toxic indefinitely. While acid rain is in play, the only stage of poison status is badly poisoned. If say that sludge bomb poisoned pokemon doesn't switch in until the acid rain ends, then it will still be regular poison.

Solarbeam damage halving: Unless this changed with the other non-sun weathers, it should be standard.

Effect: User becomes sick and unleashes the acidic contents of its last meal at an enemy. If the user is holding a berry or Leftovers, they will not work for the next turn. Steel types take 1x damage from this, though secondary types may add/reduce damage. The user also takes 1/4 recoil unless there is a stockpile and if the user is Poisoned by toxic, it will start back at 1/16 damage ticks. If Stockpile is in effect, then vomit will consume one level of it to avoid recoil.
