Week 1 Topics that are marked with [CLOSED] are designated to predetermined participants. Topics marked with [OPEN] are available for anyone to join in. Topics that have a strikethrough have been locked and are no longer active. Topics from earlier days often continue once the next day begins in the Chapters section.
Memories [Sia & Masuta] [CLOSED] The origins of the current Game's administrators and the events that led to the disappearance of the Composer are introduced and described from the perspective of the current Game Master, Composer and Producer. Major developments from this topic will be added to the main plot page. |
Day 1 IC Mission Week 1-1
Share some Love. Find a Mate
The mission is issued. A New Discovery [Azu] [CLOSED] Sia visits Zerrogjochovonik for lunch in the middle of one of his experiments. Two new discoveries come to light - a compass for detecting individuals with high Imagination and The Blade of Truth, a pin with unknown capacities. They find that the compass is extremely attracted to Sia. Later in their conversation, Zerro sees his reptilian counterpart with greater clarity than ever before as Zerro realizes something and a multi-faceted black pin forms in the center of the floor. |
104 Building[Wall] [OPEN] Genis clears the wall to the 104 Building, which requires a Player without a pact to approach the area. |
so let's begin [OPEN] Yuuki, a Harrier Reaper is the first on the scene, waiting for the Players to begin as the lunch hour begins. Quinn and Hatsumomo wake up separately in the Scramble and learn the mission before Sakura, a Support Reaper scatters frog Noise to chase down new Players. In the chaos ensuing, Fall shouts to attract nearby Players and the first two Players make a pact. Spotty and Yuuki both act to harass the new Players only to be reprimanded by the Game Master. |
The Prize [Genis] [CLOSED] Sakura, a Reaper assigned to deliver the reward for clearing the wall, gives a pin to Genis when he approaches. After being informed of his seven seconds to run, Genis stays with the idea that Support Reapers cannot attack Players. He then has the priviledge of meeting the Game Master's proxy and a pack of Noise dedicated to him alone. |
The day concludes. What Limit? [CLOSED] Genis passes by CaelZ in his night wanderings, caused by his entry fee. Sia invites him in and they entertain a conversation to pass time. Zerrogjochvonik demonstrates the kind of tact everyone wants to use for noise complaints. |
Day 2 IC Mission Week 1-2
Victory comes in a pale surrender! Why not try some ramen? It's 'on' the house.
To Dogenzaka [Wall] [OPEN] The Players who survived the first day wake in the Scramble. After seeing the wall requirement on a paper stuck to the ground with gum by the assistant to the Game Master, Quinn and Hatsumomo randomly pick a symbol and find themselves in a useless battle. After seeing them disappear, Genis decides to try to help preemptively by searching for a jellyfish Noise in battle. A Harrier Reaper, Yamato, begins harassing Hatsumomo by using her as a personal trash can. To prevent conflict Quinn initiates another fight, this time with jellyfish Noise. Soon afterwards they discover and destroy several jellyfish Noise, clearing the wall. The support Reaper, Sakura, returns and actually takes it down. |
I Hate Deja Vu [OPEN] Still fuming from being chased during Day 1 by Zerro's Support Reaper secretary, Genis stands in the shadow of the 104 Building watching for Players without a partner. Ironically, once Cricket approaches him as someone to make a pact with and meows twice to catch his attention, he leaves without actually realizing that she is a Player. |
Refusal to Step Back [OPEN] Sia watches the activities of the Game, looking to interact with one of the Players. She greets Cricket, who is sitting in the middle of the street, struggling with the trials of her entry fee. Sia greets her and realizes that she lacks the ability to speak. The two manage to communicate once Cricket begins using her phone, and learns how to look up how pins work- especially the Player Pin. The Game Master happens to stop by and introduces himself to Sia and the new Player. Zerro offers her a pin and leaves, taking care to emphasize that he does not wish for Sia to reveal his position. Almost as soon as he leaves, the two women are approached by a young man name Joyce. He abashedly discovers his entry fee when he finds himself bluntly complimenting Cricket's figure by way of an introduction. |
Patient Reasoning [Hatsumomo] [OPEN] Once clearing the wall, Hatsumomo and Quinn are after their final objective- completing the mission. Mistaking the mission for its more obvious wording, they go to Ramen Don and each have a bowl of ramen. When the timer doesn't disappear, Hatsumomo leads the way through various buildings and entrances to reach the roof of the building. Quinn retrieves the strategically-placed white flag and the mission is complete. |
The day concludes. What fear? [Genis] [CLOSED] Sia assists an excited customer and prepares custom costume orders for the Crimson Ball. |
The mission for the day is finished in a parallel universe. Sunset [Momo & Azu] [CLOSED] Zerrogjchvonik's experiment alters the molecular structure of his body on accident. Quinn and Hatsumomo find him on the other side of Shibuya with his age reverted to eight years old and very little of his previous strength. After they not only ignore him but also make fun of his claims to being Game Master, Zerro gives them an indefinite mission to change him back to normal. Quinn and Hatsumomo instead use their time to be mean to him in a variety of ways. |
Day 3 The Crimson Ball [OPEN]
Escape Shibuya. Succeed and the Game ends. (?) Players are given the opportunity to spend one temporary day with the Living to enjoy a festival initiated by the Game Master. After many pleasant exchanges between the Players, Reapers, and Living, the festival takes a turn for the worse.
In their exchange, Zerro gives the Producer the ultimatum to leave in ten minutes before he executes an unknown plan to destory the Game. The Composer is nowhere to be found. Sia immediately attemptes to evacuate the citizens of Shibuya by issuing a mission Reapers and Players alike and a notice of an emergency situation to the Living. Explosions are instigated by Zerro errupt shooting two Reapers from the sky, Yuuki and Spotty. Numerous living individuals become casualties in the process.
During the last minute of the timer, Sia confronts Zerro only to find he has a newly refined weapon fashioned from an unknown source called Madness. After a short-lived fight, Sia retreats to the Higher Plane after being wounded. Zerro disappears, presumably to refine his weapon.
The Players are left to puzzle over the meaning of the second message sent to their phones and the inexplicable events of the day in Shibuya.
A team of experts examine the resulting chaos, finding nothing of value and no explanation for the events. The Living that were temporarily uptuned return to their regular Living state. |
Alarm with Alacrity [Darkscholar] [CLOSED] Wounded by the Blade of Truth, Sia arrives in a mysterious room instead of the Higher Plane. First priority being Shibuya, Sia contacts the Composer to inform him of the most recent changes as she begins working toward healing herself. Once the two of them share information Masuta leaves to confront the rogue Game Master. |
Research Experiment [Saint] [SR] [CLOSED] Sia contacts Zerro from the Higher Plane with a question. Once his existance is confirmed by his vague reply, she sends another, interrupting his attempts to gather more Madness to refine his Blade of Truth. This causes him to unintentionally send a sample of his own Madness to the Producer, who in turn manages to extracts the coding from it and a different yet identical sequence.
This complete, Sia immediately returns to the Underground, downtuned to an earlier age and none of her Producer powers. In the meantime, Zerrogjochvonik traps the Support Reaper, Sakura, in a trap set in his apartment and sacrifices her to ressurrect his wife, who seems less than pleased to see him when she appears. When Sia reaches CaelZ, Beobachter senses evidence of her return and destroys the storefront to search the place. Finding no trace of her when she conceals herself in the back room, Beo leaves the place in flames.
Sia leaves CaelZ and takes to the streets to avoid being trapped by the flames as Masuta sets up a trap around Zerro's apartment. He is pulled to a plane of the Composer's choosing to face him personally. |
Lightning God's Realm [OPEN] Masuta tunes into and alters an alternate, parallel plane just above the Undergound. Forcing a pull on the frequency of the U.G., he nearly immediately pulls the Game Master and his newly resurrected wife from his apartment into the area. Beobachter remains in the Underground, focusing on the match from afar. The presence of Zerro's wife causes some common points of their pasts to resurface.
The Composer confronts the Game Master with his actions and Zerro angrily retorts that Masuta is anything but a god. Masuta takes on his final form and Zerro finds himself mysteriously unable to access his own Imagination. |
From the Ashes [OPEN] Hatsumomo and Quinn find themselves drained and bewildered after the complications of the Crimson Ball and the mission for the day. Their silent inner turmoil is broken by Quinn tangling his hair into a bush behind them so badly that Hatsumomo is forced to help unravel it. Hatsumomo broods over the significance of Kouki's picture on her phone's background and is reminded of her entry fee while Quinn ponders the significance of his name. Finally, Quinn breaks the twig off and offers to take Hatsumomo to his apartment, where he can properly fix the knot. She recognizes Kouki even in her camera's memory but realizes she doesn't ever remember being with him. They discuss the implications of their entry fees as Quinn goes through his apartment. |
Day 4 IC Mission Week 1-4
Love is the root of all evil. Bring me a medal heart. The mission is issued.
Tin Pin Slammer Tournament Earn prizes and recognition! Defeat the grand champion and earn this high-class pin- The Strong Heart pin! |
Iron Hearts [OPEN] Lorraine and Hatsumomo discover Tin Pin and seek the day's competition. They end up entering the Molco store to find children of all ages preparing for the competition. After the two of them combine their higher ATK pins, Quinn convinces a little boy to challenge Hatsumomo because of her 'secret techniques'. Despite having none, she trounces him soundly. After registering for the competition, Quinn and Hatsumomo begin a Tin Pin match of their own for practice. Hatsumomo trounces him and they resolve to see if they can't find any better pins in the stores around the mall. Only one of them has any luck but it is nearing the time for the contest, so they meet up to share their findings before it begins. |
A new Player [qwe kenny] [CLOSED] Matthew recognizes a new Player, Shin, once he awakes. After a bit of confusion from Shin, the two make a pact. They are confronted by Noise sent by the Game Master. As they fight, the two of them coordinate their efforts and begin to increase their sync. Their attacks begin to take shape as a developed fusion. Once they defeat the Noise, they catch sight of a poster for the day's competition and go to find out more about it. |
Endless Hell [OPEN] Joshua finds himself in Molco, unable to communicate with the Living. He shouts in confusion over what is going on- the meaning of the timer on his hand, a sinister phone message, and the strange pins in his pocket. |
More Than Just Words [OPEN] Sia hunts for prospective Players with whom to form a pact and finds Genis, who ends up punching her in the face. They defeat some Noise once their pact is complete, and then Sia gets her revenge by punching him in the stomach. After traditional introductions, Sia slips up and mentions the Game Master by name. His sister Zyra, who is searching for him, hears the name and immediately steps into the conversation. The Reaper that has been following the two, Komarin, accidentally catches their attention. Zyra hurls a rock at unnatural speed and strikes him in the head. When he realizes she is not a Player, Komarin attacks Zyra, only for Sia to shield her from the attack and the both of them to be dragged away by Genis. Genis carries Zyra up a fire escape after they are hemmed into a side alley. Sia cannot keep up and slips- as soon as Genis puts Zyra down, the girl runs back to save Sia and races for the roof. Meanwhile Komarin attempts to stop them with an ear-breaking screech as he pelts them with rubble. They find a door to the building and slip down the stairs in an attempt to escape him. |
