Welcome to Whack the Pack! We have created this site with every hope each of you will find the solution you have been searching for to finally kick tobacco to the curb and succeed at the everlasting quit! The place that will be your home here will be the quit group.

After you have registered you are able to post in a quit group. The quit group is the group of members who will reach 100 days free from tobacco (Hall of Fame mark)during the same month as you. In order to figure out which quit group you belong, you must either decide to quit today or find the date that you have already quit on.

Once you reach your quit group you will meet the other members, your Brothers and Sisters as we refer to them, the bonds you build with them will be the greatest weapon in your fight with the “nic-bitch”. Building bonds with your brothers and sisters increases your level of accountability to them, and you will begin to not want to let them down. Those in your quit group will be experiencing much of the same feelings, trials, and battles you will be going through and having them as a sounding board can and will save you. The longer you remain quit, the closer the bond will become. In some cases these may be folks you will not meet but the bond will be as strong as some of your closest friends and family, in fact they will be like family to you. Because you are in a specific quit group, you are not required to post only in your quit group.

You are welcome to post outside of your group, just remember where your home is and that you are a guest in other quit groups. We wish for each quit group to establish their own personal identity so respect the wishes of individual quit groups and they will do the same. In closing, we will not wish you “luck” in this endeavor for there is no luck involved in a successful quit. However, we do hope that you utilize all of the tools which have been placed at your disposal here because it will make all the difference.
