I doubt I'll get away with that at all.. as I don't look like somebody who'd be licensed to bang up a cardboard stencil in the street. For big pieces it could work though. My mums bf has loads of those flourescent jackets and workmans tops etc.. as he works on motorways, so I could borrow one of them for a more serious job on a spot somewhere. I've been planning alot of different things lately.. from modifying signs to taking the ad out of a billboard and replacing with my own.. but I can't figure out how to undo the bus shelter billboards in the UK.

Enlarge or create a pic with those dimensions in PS, and just print it via paint or whatever, and it'll be 40x40 perfectly. I did this to fit on a canvas yesterday.
