Didn't even know what a trench was.. like wtfffffffffff. has never seen Saving Private Ryan and shit, so I'mma have to burn her a copy. I told her about the football game in no-mans land too, but she was like 'Oh, cool'. Bitch it's awesome, makes me feel all warm inside. |

I am absolutely speechless on that comment ... Major tongue biting moment right here... All I can see is that is fucking disgraceful. How old is she? I got my poppy from an old man in morrissons.. He was lovely.. Told me to watch the sharp pins. I watched some of it on BBC earlier.. Almost brought a tear to my eye reading the names of the soldiers who've lost their lives in the current war. |

Lol yeah, she purposely avoids anything bloody or nasty whatever, (she cried her eyes out reading the paper about that dog who got killed) so just never watched or read anything regarding the wars. Knew they happened and shit of course, but knows fuck all about 'em. |

Over here it's Vetarans Day. It's always on 11/11, so we have Wednesday off. I sort of like it because it's a nice break midweek but I hate it because it's not part of the weekend. As for war stories, my grandparents have never been in the military but my grandmother told me stories about them running away from the Japanese or something. Oh yeah since when was Phil going out with someone? |
